This Wild Garlic Pesto is delicious and this version was incorporated into a Fooby (click for the French version). Add pesto to your salmon as I did, have it with pasta, chicken, mix into salad dressings, on bread or even over vegetables. It is a great addition to any meal.
- 20g of wild garlic or basil if you wish, rougly chopped
- Half a lemon squeezed
- 0.5dl of olive oil
- 50g parmesan
- A pinch of salt
- A pinch of pepper
- Put all the ingredients in a blender or Nutribullet in my case and blitz away until all the ingredients are combined.
- Drizzle over your meal and enjoy!
