Situé au “Milieu du Monde” (aka Pompaples), deux jeunes entrepreneurs dynamiques se sont lancés dans une nouvelle aventure en créant La Distillerie la Roja en 2019.   Julien, déjà passionné par la distillation, revint du Mexique inspiré par un producteur qui distillait son mezcal à l’oreille ! Il raconte son expérience à Antoine, qui, lui a été persuadé très rapidement par ce beau projet. Pourquoi un nom espagnol ? C’est pour justement faire hommage à cet homme au Mexique qui a inspiré le projet.
