Looking for a holiday no-equipment workout?

You’ve been training for months and you are feeling good before heading away on your Summer holidays. You know you are going to be considerably less active and will be indulging in delicious holiday food whilst you are away but you would like to maintain the way you look? Yes, we have all been there. I think that it is quite easy to stay in shape and still come back feeling recharged and refreshed.

I downloaded 12 Minute Athlete https://www.12minuteathlete.com/app/  which provides you with various no-equipment workouts to ensure you get a good sweat on. Either do one workout of either 12 minutes or 16 minutes or combine them for a longer workout.

Here is en example of a 12 minute workout:

Workout type: 12 minute

Timer setting: 18 x :10 x :30

1. Candlestick jump ups
2. Burpee lateral jumps
3. Walking lunges
4. Push up pike combo
5. High knees
6. V up In/outs
