Already 10 years since Daniel Lévy, founder of Sushi Zen has been working with the Lausanne Palace, offering their clients a creative menu bursting with flavours. Only the best ingredients are selected by Japanese Chef, Ken Kawakami when he creates his beautiful dishes on a daily basis at the Sushi Zen Palace.
Ken Kawakami and Chef Edgar Bovier are constantly looking to push the boundaries of creativity and to surprise their guests with new culinary experiences and you would not be expecting anything less on this anniversary. To mark this wonderful occasion, Sushi Zen have collaborated with the incredibly talented Michelin star Sushi Master, Tsutomu Kugota.
Kugota who runs the restaurant MEGU at the Alpina Gstaad has concocted a 10 dish menu based on the theme 10 YEARS, 10 DAYS, 10 FLAVOURS and this special bento box will send your tastebuds on a rollercoaster of flavours.

Ca m’a l’air bien tentant ! Je me réjouis de plus être enceinte pour pouvoir manger du saumon cru. Là, ça a l’air vraiment intéressant et je pense qu’on peut y découvrir plein de nouvelles saveurs 🙂
