Until Saturday 24 March, the Fairmont Le Montreux Palace welcomes Nikkei Nine as their Guest Chef of the week.
Discover the incredible culinary talent that is Chef Ben Dayag having worked at Nobu Las Vegas and Morimoto in Philadelphia he has now settled in Hamburg at the Fairmont Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten. Sit back and let him and his team WOW you with their take on fine, elegant Japanese dishes combined with spicy, fiery ingredients from Peru.
All this wonderful food is equally complimented by the attentive staff of the palace. I encourage you to book a table before the end of the week as it is a culinary experience you really do not want to miss out on.
