Melt in your mouth chocolate truffles. This recipe is so quick and at 70 cals a truffle, you really can’t go too wrong.  

Ingredients: Makes 8

  • 90g good quality dark chocolate
  • 1 tbsp all natural nut butter (peanut butter, almond butter, hazelnut butter)
  • 66g Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp of good quality unsweetened cocoa powder
  1. Melt chocolate chips in the microwave (at 30 second intervals)
  2. Mix in the nut butter once the chocolate has completely melted
  3. Carefully fold in Greek yogurt, combine all the ingredients well and refrigerate for about 20 minutes or until it starts to harden
  4. Working with approximately 1 big teaspoon at a time, form truffles, roll them in unsweetened cocoa powder and refrigerate until ready to serve

Per truffle: 70 calories, 4 g fats, 2 g protein, 6 g carbs
