Another great vitamin boost in this green smoothie. Don’t be put off by the colour, it is tasty, not too sweet and full of goodness.

10 cm piece of cucumber
1 kiwi peeled
1 lime juice
105 mls coconut water
1 scoop of whey (optional)
2 cm piece of ginger
1 handful spinach
5 mint leaves
Ice
- Put all the ingredients in a NutriBullet, if there is not enough space then split the ingredients and make it in two batches.
- Blend!
