Love brunch? Love healthy and wholesome food? Love Fridays?
Great ! Me too, at Al Sacco you can now combine all three elements with their delicious Friday Brunches.

Léa (the founder of Al Sacco) invited me to come and discover their new Friday brunch concept. I had not been back to Al Sacco for a while and it is true that I rarely find myself in Lausanne on a Friday morning, however, this was well worth the trip.
The Brunch Concept

The brunch takes place on a Friday from 8h30-10h30 and you can pick from from either a savoury or sweet brunch. The Al Sacco Brunch costs CHF 25 per person, which is very reasonable considering we couldn’t even finish a brunch each. I invited Ben from La Route de Ben to join me, which meant we could pick one of each (lucky us)

The Menus
The Savoury Menu:
Soft-boiled egg with ham and/or salmon bread soldiers

The Experience:

From the minute we walked in to when we rolled out, we had a really lovely time at Al Sacco. We felt so welcomed and the food was delicious despite maybe being even too much for one person !! If you are starving, then you will not run out of food.
I loved the quinoa tabbouleh and the sweet muffins the best !
Honestly, I recommend going with a friend and taking both options so that you get the best of both worlds !
Thank you Al Sacco for a yummy brunch.
