With Summer in full swing, new refreshing cocktails are always welcome! This is how the Veuve Clicquot RICH collection was born. Traditionally, champagne was created with wines that were blended for greater sweetness and it was known as being “rich”. Today, Veuve Clicquot has brought champagne into the 21st century by allowing anyone to create their own fun cocktail experience!
You can create your RICH cocktail in 3 easy steps:
- Add ice cubes to a wine glass
- Choose your natural flavour from the Veuve Clicquot RICH recipe collection (Fruity: Grapefruit, pineapple. Fresh: Cucumber, Celery & Peppers. Elegant: Tea)
- Finish with chilled Veuve Clicquot RICH or RICH ROSE
I thoroughly enjoyed my champagne evening at La Réserve in Geneva. This stunning hotel located in a beautiful quiet space right on the shores of Lake Geneva, is where I discovered these superbe Veuve Cliquot products.
I created a couple of different variations, my fruity RICH ROSE included red berries (strawberries and raspberries) with a slice of lime, I also tried Clicquot RICH with cucumber and peppers which is definitely a more unusual flavour combination. However, if you are looking for something special then I would recommend you try Veuve Clicquot RICH infused with Earl Grey tea. The Earl Grey provides another layer to this champagne cocktail and subtleness in the flavours is unlike anything you have ever tasted. This is a must-try combination!
