10 Essential Items To Pack In Your Hand Luggage For A Week In The Sun

Summer may be coming to an end but I am sure that a few of you will still be jetting off to hold onto those rays for a little while longer! Over the last few years, I have mastered the Art of packing (reducing it all to hand luggage.) Therefore, I wish to share a list of my 10 must-have items to pack when visiting a warm and sunny destination.

1. The High Factor Sun Cream

I love this  Photoderm Nude Touch product as it is light as there are 2 different shades, so you can select the right tone for your skin. I ALWAYS use a factor 50 on my face!

2. The Ideal Beach Bag

If you are able to bring a handbag as well as your little case, then I always bring a large beach bag as my handbag. I really love this Veuve Clicquot one.

3. The Colourful Sandals

I can’t go anywhere without my favourite sandals. A good pair of pretty flats will get you far, whether you are going to the beach, discovering a new city or going out for a fancy dinner, you can’t go wrong with pretty shoes.

4. The Camera

My camera is permanently attached to my hip and I do not travel anywhere without my Canon. However, these days with the quality of all the latest phones, your mobile device is the perfect alternative.

5. The Bikinis

We all have dozens of bikinis but narrow it down to two styles which you love and leave the rest. You don’t need one for every day of the week.

6. The Tropical Clutch

7. The Sunglasses

Make sure your protect your eyes with a good pair of sunglasses!  Always a must!

8. The Summer Dress

I can’t go anywhere with a lightweight summer dress that you can dress up or down, depending on how you feel. I really love this H&M one as it is so comfortable and ideal for all occasions.

9. The Trainers

I always pack my converses as well as a pair of flip flops. You can wear them with sports gear, shorts and t-shirts, dresses & playsuits. You need versatile items when you are only using hand luggage.

10. The Headphones

The most important flight essential! I never travel without my FREND headphones. Kickback and put on a chilled out Spotify playlist to relax before you arrive to your final destination.
