You know you are going to be considerably less active and will be indulging in delicious holiday food whilst you are away but you would like to maintain the way you look? Yes, we have all been there. I think that it is quite easy to stay in shape and still come back feeling recharged and refreshed.<\/p>\n<p>I downloaded 12 Minute Athlete\u00a0https:\/\/www.12minuteathlete.com\/app\/ \u00a0which provides you with various no-equipment workouts to ensure you get a good sweat on.
