Chef Gaia, n\u00e9 pr\u00e8s de Bologne, a toujours eu une passion pour la cuisine. Son amour pour la gastronomie l&#8217;a amen\u00e9 au Canada, en Australie, en Angleterre avant de retourner en Italie. L\u00e0-bas, il a travaill\u00e9 dans plusieurs restaurants \u00e9toil\u00e9s, am\u00e9liorant ainsi ses comp\u00e9tences avant de quitter la botte pour aller travailler au c\u00e9l\u00e8bre restaurant Vanitas du Palazzo Versace \u00e0 Duba\u00ef. L&#8217;autre \u00e9tant un peu plus innovant et cr\u00e9atif en termes d&#8217;ingr\u00e9dients et de combinaisons de saveurs. Normalement, je prends toujours du riz car j&#8217;adore \u00e7a. Cependant, lorsque j&#8217;ai fait la visite de la cuisine, Chef Gaia nous a montr\u00e9 o\u00f9 il fait les spaghettis et les p\u00e2tes maison. J&#8217;ai donc \u00e9t\u00e9 intrigu\u00e9 et je savais que je devais absolument les d\u00e9guster. Cependant, j&#8217;ai quand m\u00eame une petite faiblesse pour le sorbet au basilic.&nbsp; En dessert, j&#8217;ai donc choisi la panna cotta avec le sorbet au basilic et c&#8217;\u00e9tait probablement l&#8217;un des plus beaux desserts que j&#8217;ai jamais contempl\u00e9. Le contraste entre les nuances de vert et de rose vif m&#8217;a surpris quand le plat a \u00e9t\u00e9 pos\u00e9 devant moi. Il est \u00e9vident qu&#8217;il y a de la passion derri\u00e8re chaque plat et chaque assiette quitte la cuisine en \u00e9tant parfait.&nbsp; Mon companion et moi avions vraiment appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 notre repas et je ne peux que f\u00e9liciter L&#8217;Accademia pour l&#8217;embauche d&#8217;un chef si talentueux.
