I don&#8217;t think I will ever go back to store bought pita bread now that I know how to make my own. Not only that but they are very simple to make. I have modified the recipe from my first batch as I think having both flours will make the pita bread a little less dense. I urge you to give them a go.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>1 packet of yeast<\/li>\n<li>3 tsp warm water<\/li>\n<li>1 Tbsp salt<\/li>\n<li>250g\u00a0whole wheat flour<\/li>\n<li>250g all-purpose flour<\/li>\n<li>1 tbsp honey<\/li>\n<li>100 mls of warm milk<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Instructions<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Makes approximately 6 large pittas or 15 mini<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Combine water and yeast in a small bowl.
