{"id":7253,"date":"2018-06-14T16:39:07","date_gmt":"2018-06-14T14:39:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ahungryblonde.com\/7253-2\/"},"modified":"2021-04-28T21:15:38","modified_gmt":"2021-04-28T21:15:38","slug":"7253-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ahungryblonde.com\/fr\/7253-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Biscuits Bonshommes De No\u00ebl En Pain D\u2019\u00e9pices"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-6210\" src=\"https:\/\/itsasarathing.files.wordpress.com\/2017\/12\/img_7120.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_7120\" width=\"2503\" height=\"2106\"><\/p>\n<p>Pour 18 biscuits<br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Ingr\u00e9dients:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>225g de farine \u00e0 g\u00e2teau sans gluten<\/li>\n<li>100 g de beurre froid<\/li>\n<li>50-60 g de sirop de dattes bio<\/li>\n<li>50g de sucre de coco<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de cannelle<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de cardamome<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de gingembre<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd c. \u00c0 caf\u00e9 de girofle moulu<\/li>\n<li>2 oeufs<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de bicarbonate de soude<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>\u00c0 feu moyen, mettez le sirop d&#8217;\u00e9rable, le sucre de coco et les \u00e9pices dans une casserole et laissez chauffer pendant quelques minutes jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que le sucre soit compl\u00e8tement dissous.<\/li>\n<li>&nbsp;Enlevez la casserole du feu et ajoutez le beurre au m\u00e9lange de sucre chaud.<\/li>\n<li>Remuez jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que le beurre ait fondu. Faites en sorte que le beurre soit tr\u00e8s froid afin que vous puissiez ajouter les \u0153ufs directement au m\u00e9lange.<\/li>\n<li>Ajoutez les \u0153ufs et le bicarbonate de soude et m\u00e9langer tous les ingr\u00e9dients.<\/li>\n<li>Ajoutez la farine et m\u00e9langez encore une fois.<\/li>\n<li>Mettez la p\u00e2te de c\u00f4t\u00e9 et laissez-la refroidir \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante, puis placez au&nbsp; r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur jusqu&#8217;au lendemain ou pour quelques heures.<\/li>\n<li>Roulez la p\u00e2te \u00e0 2-3 mm d&#8217;\u00e9paisseur et utilisez un coupeur de biscuits pour cr\u00e9er des formes.<\/li>\n<li>Mettez les biscuits au four pendant 5 minutes \u00e0 200 \u00b0 C<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Si vous souhaitez d\u00e9corer vos biscuits avec un gla\u00e7age au sucre glace, ajoutez simplement du sucre glace dans un bol avec une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe d&#8217;eau et une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 d&#8217;extrait de vanille et continuez \u00e0 m\u00e9langer jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que le gla\u00e7age soit suffisamment \u00e9paisse.
