Enlever la peau de la courge butternut et ensuite couper en cubes.<\/li>\n<li>Arroser la courge avec une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe g\u00e9n\u00e9reuse d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive et une pinc\u00e9e de sel marin. Cuire au four environ 30 minutes ou jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que la courge soit tendre et dor\u00e9e, en remuant les cubes \u00e0 mi-cuisson.<\/li>\n<li>Dans une po\u00eale \u00e0 feu moyen, faire griller l\u00e9g\u00e8rement les noix de p\u00e9can pendant environ 5 minutes ou jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;elles soient l\u00e9g\u00e8rement plus fonc\u00e9es en couleur.<\/li>\n<li>Dans un petit bol, m\u00e9langer l&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive, le vinaigre balsamique, le sirop d&#8217;\u00e9rable et la moutarde de Dijon avec une pinc\u00e9e de sel et de poivre.<\/li>\n<li>Laisser refroidir la courge, puis m\u00e9langer les \u00e9pinards, les canneberges, les p\u00e9cans, la feta \u00e9miett\u00e9e et la courge dans un grand bol.<\/li>\n<li>Ajouter&nbsp;le vinaigrette et m\u00e9langer pour enrober l\u00e9g\u00e8rement les feuilles.
