{"id":7090,"date":"2018-06-14T09:28:21","date_gmt":"2018-06-14T07:28:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ahungryblonde.com\/wraps-au-saumon-paprika-citron-avec-mon-delicieux-guacamole\/"},"modified":"2021-04-28T21:20:10","modified_gmt":"2021-04-28T21:20:10","slug":"wraps-au-saumon-paprika-citron-avec-mon-delicieux-guacamole","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ahungryblonde.com\/fr\/wraps-au-saumon-paprika-citron-avec-mon-delicieux-guacamole\/","title":{"rendered":"Wraps au Saumon, Paprika &#038; Citron avec mon D\u00e9licieux Guacamole"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-6342\" src=\"https:\/\/itsasarathing.files.wordpress.com\/2018\/03\/photo3.jpg\" alt=\"photo3\" width=\"3456\" height=\"2304\"><\/p>\n<p>Pour 2-3 personnes<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de paprika fum\u00e9 (J&#8217;ai s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 Las Hermanas Sweet Smoked Parika)<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de poudre d&#8217;ail<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de poudre d&#8217;oignon<\/li>\n<li>300-400g de filet de saumon sans peau<\/li>\n<li>200ml de yogourt grec<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de p\u00e2te de chipotle ou de sauce tabasco<\/li>\n<li>jus 1 citron vert<\/li>\n<li>Des tranches d&#8217;avocat ou mon Guacamole &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/sarashealthykitchen.blog\/2017\/07\/03\/best-ever-guacamole-le-meilleur-guacamole\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">cliquez ici pour voir ma recette<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A servir avec:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1-2 petites tortillas par personne<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 chou rouge finement hach\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>Une poign\u00e9e de coriandre hach\u00e9e grossi\u00e8rement<\/li>\n<li>Un piment coup\u00e9 en rondelles<\/li>\n<li>1 quartier de citron vert<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 200 degr\u00e9s Celsius, puis prenez le filet de saumon et frottez le paprika, l&#8217;ail, l&#8217;oignon, le sel et le jus de citron vert dans la peau du saumon.<\/li>\n<li>Placer au four pendant env. 20 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>M\u00e9langer le yogourt, la p\u00e2te de chipotle ou le tabasco et le jus de citron dans un bol et mettre de c\u00f4t\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Faites le guacamole (<a href=\"https:\/\/sarashealthykitchen.blog\/2017\/07\/03\/best-ever-guacamole-le-meilleur-guacamole\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">veuillez voir la recette<\/a>)<\/li>\n<li>\u00c0 l&#8217;aide de deux fourchettes, \u00e9mincer le saumon en gros morceaux et en d\u00e9poser sur une tortilla chaude, ajouter une bonne cuiller\u00e9e de yogourt et de guacamole, ajoutez de la sauce piquante si vous le souhaitez, un peu coriandre, du chou rouge et finissez avec un peu de jus de citron vert.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Bon app\u00e9tit !
