Ce plat est v\u00e9g\u00e9talien, sans sucre raffin\u00e9 et peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre sans gluten si n\u00e9cessaire. Servir chaud avec de la glace, de la cr\u00e8me double ou m\u00eame un peu de cr\u00e8me anglaise.<br \/>\nPour 6 personnes<br \/>\nIngr\u00e9dients<br \/>\nPour les fruits:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>600 gr de baies m\u00e9lang\u00e9es (fraises, myrtilles, framboises, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>1 c. \u00c0 caf\u00e9 de vanille<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de cannelle<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de sirop d&#8217;\u00e9rable ou de miel ou de sirop de dattes ou de sucre de coco<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pour le crumble:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>150g d&#8217;avoine (sans gluten)<\/li>\n<li>30g d&#8217;amandes ou de noisettes moulues<\/li>\n<li>30g d&#8217;huile de coco fondue<\/li>\n<li>2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de cannelle<\/li>\n<li>2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de sirop d&#8217;\u00e9rable ou de miel ou de sirop de dattes<\/li>\n<li>1 pinc\u00e9e de sel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 190 \u00b0 C<\/li>\n<li>Placez tous les fruits, la vanille et la cannelle dans un plat et versez le sirop d&#8217;\u00e9rable ou le miel, etc. M\u00e9langer bien tous les ingr\u00e9dients\u00a0et mettez le plat de c\u00f4t\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Mettez l&#8217;avoine, les amandes moulues, l&#8217;huile de noix de coco, le sirop d&#8217;\u00e9rable, la cannelle et le sel dans un bol et m\u00e9langez avec vos doigts ou une cuill\u00e8re en bois.<\/li>\n<li>Saupoudrer le crumble sur les fruits.<\/li>\n<li>Mettez le plat dans le four et laissez cuire environ 25 minutes ou jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que le crumble devienne brun dor\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Retirer du four et servir dans les 10 minutes qui suivent.<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-6573\" src=\"https:\/\/ahungryblonde.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/img_9362.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_9362\" width=\"3456\" height=\"2304\" \/><\/li>\n<\/ol>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ce dessert est rapide, simple et id\u00e9al pour un d\u00eener entre amis cet \u00e9t\u00e9.
