Bon app\u00e9tit! x<br \/>\nPour 4 personnes<br \/>\n<strong>INGR\u00c9DIENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>800 g de\u00a0tomates (fra\u00eeches ou tomates concass\u00e9es)<\/li>\n<li>2 poivrons hach\u00e9s<\/li>\n<li>1\u00a0oignon rouge hach\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>2 gousses d\u2019ail\u00a0\u00e9minc\u00e9es<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re(s) \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de\u00a0cumin<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de piment\u00a0de Cayenne<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de paprika (ou paprika fum\u00e9)<\/li>\n<li>8 gros\u00a0oeufs bio<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 botte de\u00a0coriandre\u00a0\u00e9minc\u00e9e<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 oignon vert<\/li>\n<li>85 gr de feta effrit\u00e9 (optionnel)<\/li>\n<li>huile d\u2019olive<\/li>\n<li>sel et poivre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>Chauffez un peu d\u2019huile dans une po\u00eale sur feu moyen.<\/li>\n<li>Mettez les poivrons et l\u2019oignon dans la po\u00eale et laissez cuire 2-3 minutes. Ajoutez les gousses d\u2019ail \u00e9minc\u00e9es, le paprika, le cumin, le piment de Cayenne et le sel. Laissez cuire 5 minutes en remuant gentiment.<\/li>\n<li>Rajoutez les tomates et laissez cuire de nouveau 10 minutes en remuant.<\/li>\n<li>Creusez des cavit\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une cuill\u00e8re dans la shakshuka et verser un \u0153uf dans chaque cavit\u00e9.
