{"id":6529,"date":"2018-04-09T18:51:53","date_gmt":"2018-04-09T16:51:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ahungryblonde.com\/gnocchi-3-ways\/"},"modified":"2018-04-09T18:51:53","modified_gmt":"2018-04-09T16:51:53","slug":"gnocchi-3-ways","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ahungryblonde.com\/fr\/gnocchi-3-ways\/","title":{"rendered":"Gnocchi 3 Ways"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-6512\" src=\"https:\/\/ahungryblonde.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/img_7917.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_7917\" width=\"3456\" height=\"2304\" \/><br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Ingredients:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<div class=\"ingredient-description\">800g of potatoes (washed), peeled, quartered<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div class=\"ingredient-description\">1 egg<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div class=\"ingredient-description\">300g plain flour (I used gluten free flour)<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div class=\"ingredient-description\">20g grated parmesan<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>Salt &amp; ground white pepper<\/li>\n<li>\n<div class=\"ingredient-description\">Plain flour, to dust<\/div>\n<div class=\"recipe-method-step-content\"><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For the beetroot gnocchi:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 roasted beet pureed (I used a Nutribullet)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For the spinach gnocchi:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>200g baby leaf spinach. (Place the leaves in boiling water for 2 mins, remove them and blitz them)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-6507\" src=\"https:\/\/itsasarathing.files.wordpress.com\/2018\/04\/img_7886.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_7886\" width=\"3456\" height=\"2304\" \/><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<div class=\"recipe-method-step-content\">Heat water in a saucepan over a high heat and once the water has reached boiling temperatures, add the potatoes and cook until tender (approx 15 minutes)<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>Remove the potatoes from the water, transfer to a bowl and mash until they are smooth.<\/li>\n<li>\n<div class=\"recipe-method-step-content\">Add the egg and stir with a wooden spoon.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div class=\"recipe-method-step-content\">Add a couple of tablespoons of the flour and parmesan as well as the salt and pepper and stir until combined.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>Split the gnocchi mix into 3 separate bowls.<\/li>\n<li>In one bowl add the beetroot and in another bowl the spinach.<\/li>\n<li>\n<div class=\"recipe-method-step-content\">Divide up the remaining flour by adding one tablespoon at a time to each bowl.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div class=\"recipe-method-step-content\">Mix until combined and you can form a firm dough. (If dough is too soft, add more flour.) Turn onto a lightly floured surface and knead until smooth.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>Line a baking tray with non-stick baking paper. Make 3 smaller portions of each dough and roll them out in a long sausage shape (approx 2cm in diameter.)[wpvideo wbyziWJT]<\/li>\n<li>\n<div class=\"recipe-method-step-content\">Then, roll each piece of dough into a ball. Use your thumb to roll each ball over a floured fork. Place on tray.<br \/>\n[wpvideo cMMpxTez]<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div class=\"recipe-method-step-content\">Heat water on a medium heat, add a good tablespoon of salt to the water and wait for it boil.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div class=\"recipe-method-step-content\">Once boiling, add gnocchi one by one and ensuring that they dont stick together. Let them cook for 3-4mins or until they rise to the surface. Remove them with a metal spoon.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div class=\"recipe-method-step-content\">Keep doing this until you have cooked all your gnocchi.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Goes well with my <a href=\"https:\/\/sarashealthykitchen.blog\/2018\/04\/09\/basil-ricotta-pesto\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Basil Ricotta Pesto<\/a>:<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-6510\" src=\"https:\/\/itsasarathing.files.wordpress.com\/2018\/04\/img_7904.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_7904\" width=\"3456\" height=\"2304\" \/><br \/>\nIngr\u00e9dients:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>800g de pommes de terre (lav\u00e9es), \u00e9pluch\u00e9es, coup\u00e9es en quartiers<\/li>\n<li>1 oeuf<\/li>\n<li>300g de farine nature (farine sans gluten si vous le souhaitez)<\/li>\n<li>20g de parmesan r\u00e2p\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>Poivre \u00a0et sel<\/li>\n<li>Farine + un peu pour p\u00e9trir la p\u00e2te<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pour les gnocchis \u00e0 la betteraves:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 betterave r\u00f4tie et mixez au robot pour faire une pur\u00e9e (j&#8217;ai utilis\u00e9 un Nutribullet)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pour les gnocchis aux \u00e9pinards:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>200g \u00e9pinards. (Placez les feuilles dans l&#8217;eau bouillante pendant 2 minutes, retirez-les et mixez-les aussi)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-6507\" src=\"https:\/\/itsasarathing.files.wordpress.com\/2018\/04\/img_7886.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_7886\" width=\"3456\" height=\"2304\" \/><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Chauffer l&#8217;eau dans une casserole \u00e0 feu vif et une fois que l&#8217;eau a atteint la temp\u00e9rature d&#8217;\u00e9bullition, ajouter les pommes de terre et cuire jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 tendret\u00e9 (environ 15 minutes) Retirer les pommes de terre de l&#8217;eau, transf\u00e9rer-les dans un bol et \u00e9crasez-les \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une fourchette pour en faire une pur\u00e9e.<\/li>\n<li>Ajouter l\u2019\u0153uf et m\u00e9langer avec une cuill\u00e8re en bois.<\/li>\n<li>Ajouter 2-3 de cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de farine et tout le parmesan ainsi que le sel et le poivre et m\u00e9langer.<\/li>\n<li>Diviser le m\u00e9lange de gnocchis en 3 bols s\u00e9par\u00e9s. Dans un bol, ajoutez la betterave et dans un autre bol les \u00e9pinards.<\/li>\n<li>R\u00e9partir la farine restante en ajoutant une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe \u00e0 la fois dans chaque bol. M\u00e9langer jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que vous pouvez former une p\u00e2te ferme. (Si la p\u00e2te est trop molle, ajouter plus de farine.)<\/li>\n<li>Mettez la p\u00e2te sur une surface l\u00e9g\u00e8rement farin\u00e9e et p\u00e9trir jusqu&#8217;elle soit un peu plus lisse.<\/li>\n<li>Mettez du papier sulfuris\u00e9 antiadh\u00e9sif sur une plaque \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie. Faire 3 petites portions de chaque p\u00e2te et formez des rouleaux longs et fins (environ 2 cm de diam\u00e8tre). Ensuite, coupez-les en tron\u00e7ons de 1 cm et avec vos mains roulez chaque morceau de p\u00e2te dans une boule.<\/li>\n<li>Utilisez votre pouce pour faire rouler chaque boule sur une fourchette farin\u00e9e. Placez-les sur le plateau.<\/li>\n<li>Faites chauffer l&#8217;eau \u00e0 feu moyen, ajoutez une bonne cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de sel \u00e0 l&#8217;eau et attendez qu&#8217;elle bout. Une fois bouillante, ajoutez les gnocchis un par un et assurez-vous qu&#8217;ils ne collent pas ensemble. Laissez-les cuire pendant 3-4 minutes ou jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;ils remontent \u00e0 la surface. Retirez-les avec une cuill\u00e8re en m\u00e9tal.
