Get creative with your toppings!<br \/>\nServes 2<br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Ingredients<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 medium sweet potatoes<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd a white onion chopped<\/li>\n<li>2 tsp of smoked paprika<\/li>\n<li>2 tsp of Mealwiz Moroccan Spice<\/li>\n<li>1 egg<\/li>\n<li>2-4 tbsp of gluten-free flour<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp of sea salt<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp. fresh ground black pepper<\/li>\n<li>olive oil for frying<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Toppings:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Grilled halloumi<\/li>\n<li>Poached egg<\/li>\n<li>Smoked salmon<\/li>\n<li>Roasted vegetables<\/li>\n<li>Bacon<\/li>\n<li>Grilled tofu<\/li>\n<li>Guacamole<\/li>\n<li>Avocado<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Instructions<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Wash and peel sweet potatoes, then shred them with a cheese grater. Place the sweet potatoes in a cloth and squeeze the remaining water.<\/li>\n<li>Place the mix in a bowl and add the chopped onion, spices, egg, salt, pepper and then the flour.<\/li>\n<li>Mix everything well.<\/li>\n<li>Form 4 evenly sized hashbrowns with the mix.<\/li>\n<li>Add 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil or coconut oil to a frying pan and heat on medium.<\/li>\n<li>Once the oil is hot enough (test by dropping a little bit of sweet potato to see if it sizzles) then place the hashbrowns in the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes, then flip and cook for 2 more. You may need to vary the cooking time.
