As nice as this all is in small quantities, I don&#8217;t want to be snacking away at these all day long. I have made these delicious gingerbread bites using <a href=\"https:\/\/www.motionnutrition.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Motion Nutrition Whey Chocolate Protein Powder <\/a>and <a href=\"https:\/\/palmyradelights.ch\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Palmyra <\/a>Dates. These two brands provide organic, high quality products and are both at the top of my list !<br \/>\n<strong>These protein bites will take you maybe 15 mins max to make and you will simply love them !!<\/strong><br \/>\nMakes 8<br \/>\nMacros per bite: 66 calories, 11.4g carbs, 3.2g protein, 0.8g fats, 2.1g fiber and 4.3g of sugar (all natural)<br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Ingredients<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>8 dates soaked in water for 30 mins<\/li>\n<li>1 scoop of Motion Nutrition protein powder<\/li>\n<li>25g of rolled oats<\/li>\n<li class=\"wprm-recipe-ingredient\"><span class=\"wprm-recipe-ingredient-amount\">1<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"wprm-recipe-ingredient-unit\">teaspoon<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"wprm-recipe-ingredient-name\">cinnamon<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"wprm-recipe-ingredient\"><span class=\"wprm-recipe-ingredient-amount\">1<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"wprm-recipe-ingredient-unit\">teaspoon<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"wprm-recipe-ingredient-name\">ground ginger<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"wprm-recipe-ingredient\"><span class=\"wprm-recipe-ingredient-amount\">\u00bc<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"wprm-recipe-ingredient-unit\">teaspoon<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"wprm-recipe-ingredient-name\">ground nutmeg<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"wprm-recipe-ingredient\"><span class=\"wprm-recipe-ingredient-amount\">\u00bc<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"wprm-recipe-ingredient-unit\">teaspoon<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"wprm-recipe-ingredient-name\">cloves<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"wprm-recipe-ingredient-amount\">\u00bc<\/span> teaspoon of salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Optional for rolling the protein balls in:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ground almonds<\/li>\n<li>Cocoa powder<\/li>\n<li>Crushed hazelnuts<\/li>\n<li>Dessicated coconut<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>Remove the dates from the water and place them into a blender, add a little water from the bowl and blitz until it forms a smooth paste. Add more water if necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Place the date paste in a bowl and add all the remaining ingredients.<\/li>\n<li>Mix well with a spoon and then take some of the mix and roll them into balls. J&#8217;ai donc cr\u00e9\u00e9 ces d\u00e9licieuses bouch\u00e9es de pain d&#8217;\u00e9pice en utilisant la poudre de prot\u00e9ine de chocolat\u00a0 de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.motionnutrition.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Motion Nutrition<\/a> et les dattes de<a href=\"https:\/\/palmyradelights.ch\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> Palmyra<\/a>.
