{"id":6321,"date":"2017-12-27T12:00:04","date_gmt":"2017-12-27T11:00:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ahungryblonde.com\/winter-wonderland-salad-salade-hivernale\/"},"modified":"2017-12-27T12:00:04","modified_gmt":"2017-12-27T11:00:04","slug":"winter-wonderland-salad-salade-hivernale","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ahungryblonde.com\/fr\/winter-wonderland-salad-salade-hivernale\/","title":{"rendered":"Winter Wonderland Salad"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-6214\" src=\"https:\/\/itsasarathing.files.wordpress.com\/2017\/12\/img_7186.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_7186\" width=\"3456\" height=\"2304\" \/><br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Ingredients:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1\/2 medium squash 1 tbsp of olive oil<\/li>\n<li>1 packet of baby spinach leaves<\/li>\n<li>4 tbsp of dried cranberries<\/li>\n<li>5-6 crushed pecans<\/li>\n<li>feta<\/li>\n<li>Salt &amp; pepper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Dressing &#8211; Maple Balsamic<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 tablespoons olive oil<\/li>\n<li>1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon of organic maple syrup<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd teaspoon Dijon mustard<\/li>\n<li>freshly ground black pepper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius. Remove the skin and then cut into cubes.<\/li>\n<li>Drizzle the squash with a generous tablespoon of olive oil and a sprinkle of sea salt. Bake for about 30 minutes or until the squash is tender and golden, stirring the cubes halfway.<\/li>\n<li>In a pan over a medium heat, lightly toast the pecans for about 5 minutes or until they are slightly darker in colour.<\/li>\n<li>In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, maple syrup and Dijon mustard with a pinch of salt and pepper.<\/li>\n<li>Let the squash cool down and then combine the spinach, cranberries, pecans, crumbled feta and squash in a serving bowl.<\/li>\n<li>Toss with enough dressing to lightly coat the leaves.
