Enjoy all those wonderful Christmas spices that will fill your kitchen as it bakes. I guarantee this recipe will soon be amongst your festive favourites!<\/p>\n<p>Makes: 2kg of fresh organic granola<br \/>\nINGREDIENTS<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>700g whole grain flakes (oats, spelt, soya etc &#8230;)<\/li>\n<li>400g of almonds<\/li>\n<li>200g of nuts<\/li>\n<li>200g of sunflower seeds<\/li>\n<li>45g of Christmas spices (cinnamon, ginger, gloves, nutmeg)<\/li>\n<li>100g of chia seeds<\/li>\n<li>150g dried cranberries<\/li>\n<li>200g dried apples<\/li>\n<li>100ml of maple syrup<\/li>\n<li>200ml of coconut oil\u00a0<span id=\"result_box\" class=\"\" lang=\"en\"><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li><span id=\"result_box\" class=\"\" lang=\"en\">Preheat the oven to 120 \u00b0 C.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span id=\"result_box\" class=\"\" lang=\"en\">In a small saucepan, melt the coconut oil over a very low heat.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span id=\"result_box\" class=\"\" lang=\"en\">Meanwhile, mix cereals, almonds, nuts, sunflower seeds and spices in a large bowl.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span id=\"result_box\" class=\"\" lang=\"en\">Add coconut oil, maple syrup and mix.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span id=\"result_box\" class=\"\" lang=\"en\">Spread the granola on a large baking sheet covered with parchment paper and bake for 40 minutes, mixing the granola every 10 minutes.\u00a0Granola is ready when the mixture is dry and slightly browned.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"\">Pour the granola into a large bowl and add the chia seeds, cranberries and apples, mix again.<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"\">Taste it and adjust the spices if necessary.<\/span>\u00a0It&#8217;s ready!<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span class=\"\">PLEASE NOTE: Keep the Christmas granola in a large steel box or in a large airtight glass jar.<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"\">It keeps well several weeks!<\/span><\/p>\n<div id=\"gt-res-c\" class=\"g-unit\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-6145\" src=\"https:\/\/itsasarathing.files.wordpress.com\/2017\/12\/pommes1-1.jpg\" alt=\"pommes1 (1)\" width=\"1000\" height=\"667\" \/><\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">\n<div class=\"m_3459815698468667629gmail-shortcode-ingredients\">\n<h3>INGR\u00c9DIENTS<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"m_3459815698468667629gmail-ingredient\">700g de flocons de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales complets (avoine, \u00e9peautre, soja etc\u2026)<\/li>\n<li class=\"m_3459815698468667629gmail-ingredient\">400g d\u2019amandes<\/li>\n<li class=\"m_3459815698468667629gmail-ingredient\">200g de noix<\/li>\n<li class=\"m_3459815698468667629gmail-ingredient\">200g de graines de tournesol<\/li>\n<li class=\"m_3459815698468667629gmail-ingredient\">45g d\u2019\u00e9pices de No\u00ebl<\/li>\n<li class=\"m_3459815698468667629gmail-ingredient\">100g de graines de chia<\/li>\n<li class=\"m_3459815698468667629gmail-ingredient\">150g de canneberges s\u00e9ch\u00e9es<\/li>\n<li class=\"m_3459815698468667629gmail-ingredient\">200g de pommes s\u00e9ch\u00e9es<\/li>\n<li class=\"m_3459815698468667629gmail-ingredient\">100ml de sirop d\u2019\u00e9rable<\/li>\n<li class=\"m_3459815698468667629gmail-ingredient\">200ml d\u2019huile de coco<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"m_3459815698468667629gmail-shortcode-directions m_3459815698468667629gmail-instructions\">\n<h3>MARCHE \u00c0 SUIVRE<\/h3>\n<ol class=\"m_3459815698468667629gmail-instructions\">\n<li class=\"m_3459815698468667629gmail-instruction\">Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 120\u00b0C.<\/li>\n<li class=\"m_3459815698468667629gmail-instruction\">Dans une petite casserole, faites fondre l\u2019huile de coco \u00e0 feu tr\u00e8s doux.<\/li>\n<li class=\"m_3459815698468667629gmail-instruction\">Pendant ce temps,\u00a0m\u00e9langez dans un grand saladier les c\u00e9r\u00e9ales, les amandes, les noix, les graines de tournesol et les \u00e9pices.<\/li>\n<li class=\"m_3459815698468667629gmail-instruction\">Ajoutez l\u2019huile de coco, le sirop d\u2019\u00e9rable et m\u00e9langez.<\/li>\n<li class=\"m_3459815698468667629gmail-instruction\">\u00c9talez le\u00a0<span class=\"il\">granola<\/span>\u00a0sur une grande plaque recouverte de papier sulfuris\u00e9 et enfournez 40min en m\u00e9langeant le\u00a0<span class=\"il\">granola<\/span>\u00a0toutes les 10min.
