The base is free from any refined sugar! You won\u2019t be able to have just one of these\u00a0biscuits.\u00a0<\/em><br \/>\nMakes 10<br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Ingredients<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>60g almond meal<\/li>\n<li>80g spelt flour (or any other flour)<\/li>\n<li>7 sukari dattes ( I used\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/palmyradelights.ch\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/palmyradelights.ch\/en\/<\/a>) or if you are using dattes which aren&#8217;t as soft then place them in water for 30 mins to soften<\/li>\n<li>50g of non dairy butter<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp vanilla essence<\/li>\n<li>3 tsp cinnamon<\/li>\n<li>Pinch of salt<\/li>\n<li>Bonne Maman jams ( I chose apricot and raspberry)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat the oven to 175 degrees celsius.<\/li>\n<li>Take the dattes and place them in a NutriBullet or food processor and blitz until the dattes have broken down into smaller pieces.<\/li>\n<li>Add all the remaining ingredients into the NutriBullet and mix until all the ingredients form a sticky dough.<\/li>\n<li>Divide the mix into 10 even-sized balls and place them on a baking sheet.<\/li>\n<li>Use your finger to lightly dent the middle of the ball so that it forms a little well for the jam.<\/li>\n<li>Take your jams and place 1\/2 tsp of jam onto each biscuit, ensuring that the middle is filled with jam.<\/li>\n<li>Place in the oven and bake for 12-14 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5955\" src=\"https:\/\/itsasarathing.files.wordpress.com\/2017\/11\/23269776_10159658132540066_1632838081_o.jpg\" alt=\"23269776_10159658132540066_1632838081_o\" width=\"2048\" height=\"1365\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ahungryblonde.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/23269776_10159658132540066_1632838081_o.jpg 2048w, https:\/\/ahungryblonde.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/23269776_10159658132540066_1632838081_o-600x400.jpg 600w, https:\/\/ahungryblonde.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/23269776_10159658132540066_1632838081_o-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/ahungryblonde.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/23269776_10159658132540066_1632838081_o-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/ahungryblonde.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/23269776_10159658132540066_1632838081_o-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/ahungryblonde.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/23269776_10159658132540066_1632838081_o-1536x1024.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/ahungryblonde.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/23269776_10159658132540066_1632838081_o-770x513.jpg 770w, https:\/\/ahungryblonde.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/23269776_10159658132540066_1632838081_o-370x247.jpg 370w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 2048px) 100vw, 2048px\" \/><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>These Almond Jam Drop are so simple and contain only 5 main ingredients.
