From the sushi burger to putting kale in every dish, my Instagram feed is bombarded with the latest food mash-up. However, one of the ones I feel lives up to its hype is the: <b>ACAI BOWL<\/b><\/p>\n<h3><strong>So what exactly is Acai?\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><em>The acai berry is an inch-long, reddish-purple fruit. It comes from the acai palm tree, which is native to Central and South America. <\/em><em>Some studies show that acai fruit pulp is even richer in antioxidants than cranberries, raspberries, blackberries, strawberries, or blueberries* .<br \/>\n<\/em><br \/>\nAs with most berries, Acai berries are full of antioxidants, contain high levels of Vitamin C and great for blood circulation. So the question is, how can you get your hands on this exotic fruit as it is impossible to find it in the supermarkets here in Switzerland. I have the answer! I recently discovered a supplier in Suisse Romande for the brand <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.coracai.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Coracai.\u00a0<\/a><\/strong><br \/>\nYou can place your orders directly with a lovely young man named <strong>Diego(+41 79 566 34 56\u00a0suisse@coracai.com)<\/strong> who will the deliver the products straight to your door. <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.coracai.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Coracai<\/a> <\/strong>offer the Acai pulp, frozen in bags of 100g (perfect for a smoothie) and they also have a range of sorbets. I made my first ever Acai Bowl and it was DE-LI-CIOUS!<\/p>\n<h3>Acai Bowl: The Recipe<\/h3>\n<h5 id=\"mpprecipe-ingredients\" class=\"h-4 strong\"><strong>Ingredients<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li id=\"mpprecipe-ingredient-3\" class=\"ingredient\">1 packet of frozen Coracai Acai Pulp<\/li>\n<li id=\"mpprecipe-ingredient-4\" class=\"ingredient\">1 handful of frozen raspberries<\/li>\n<li id=\"mpprecipe-ingredient-5\" class=\"ingredient\">A splash of orange juice<\/li>\n<li id=\"mpprecipe-ingredient-8\" class=\"ingredient\">2 teaspoon of agave syrup<\/li>\n<li id=\"mpprecipe-ingredient-1\" class=\"ingredient\">Water (depending on the thickness of your Acai Bowl)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>Toppings:<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>2 tsp chia seeds<\/li>\n<li>2 tsp dessicated coconut<\/li>\n<li>5-6 raspberries<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 of a mango chopped up into small cubes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>Put the Acai pulp, frozen raspberries, orange juice, agave and a little water in a Nutribullet and blitz away until smooth.<\/li>\n<li>Keep adding water until you find your ideal consistency.<\/li>\n<li>Place the mix in a bowl and top with whatever toppings you want &#8211; you could also add granola, slices of banana, other berries, cacao nibs etc.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Bon App\u00e9tit!<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-6349\" src=\"https:\/\/itsasarathing.files.wordpress.com\/2017\/10\/img_8062.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_8062\" width=\"3456\" height=\"2304\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>For more information please visit: <a href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/2yuVJvg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">www.coracai.com<\/a><\/h2>\n<p>*https:\/\/www.webmd.com\/diet\/acai-berries-and-acai-berry-juice-what-are-the-health-benefits<\/p>\n<p>Il y a tellement de tendances alimentaires!
