I will let you be the judges of that, but I do love avocados and guacamole is my favourite side to any dish. I love it on toast in the morning, with chicken at lunch, as a dip or even with fish at dinner. So versatile!<br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Ingredients<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\nMakes 2 servings<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 avocado<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 lime<\/li>\n<li>1 small handful of coriander finely chopped<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tsp of onion powder<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tsp of garlic powder<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 tsp of paprika powder<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tsp of coriander powder<\/li>\n<li>A small red onion chopped<\/li>\n<li>Cherry tomatoes (5) or half a small tomato chopped small<\/li>\n<li>Pinch of salt &amp; pepper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>Cut the avocado in two, remove the stone with a knife and with a spoon scrape out the avocado into a bowl.<\/li>\n<li>Mash with a fork.<\/li>\n<li>Add all the spices, onion and tomato then mix.<\/li>\n<li>Add the chopped coriander and season, mix again.<\/li>\n<li>Squeeze the juice of half a lime over the guacamole and mix through one last time.<\/li>\n<li>Add a little bit of coriander on top to garnish it.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4408\" src=\"https:\/\/itsasarathing.files.wordpress.com\/2017\/07\/19620109_10159011742895066_606952500_o.jpg\" alt=\"19620109_10159011742895066_606952500_o\" width=\"1086\" height=\"724\" \/><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I have been asked numerous times for my guacamole recipe as apparently it is quite tasty!
