J&#8217;adore le porc \u00e0 la cuisson lente, comme je l&#8217;ai indiqu\u00e9 dans mon autre message. L&#8217;\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tant proche, nous recherchons tous des alternatives plus l\u00e9g\u00e8res. Le chou imbib\u00e9 de vinaigre, combin\u00e9 au cr\u00e9meux de la sauce satay, apporte une dimension suppl\u00e9mentaire \u00e0 ce plat. Dans un bol, m\u00e9langer le lait de coco,\nle beurre d&#8217;arachide, la sauce soja et le vinaigre de riz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Ajouter le porc, les oignons, l&#8217;ail dans\nvotre mijoteuse et couvrir avec la marinade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Cuire environ 5 heures \u00e0 feu vif ou 7\nheures \u00e0 feu bas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Si vous n\u2019avez pas de mijoteuse, placez tous les ingr\u00e9dients dans un plat pour mettre au four, couvrez-les de papier aluminium et placez le plat dans un four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 140 degr\u00e9s Celsius pendant env. 6 heures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. Pendant la cuisson du porc, placez le chou rouge dans le vinaigre et mettez de c\u00f4t\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6. Pour la sauce satay, faites chauffer le\nlait de coco et le beurre de cacahu\u00e8te dans une casserole \u00e0 feu moyen, jusqu&#8217;\u00e0\nce que la sauce devienne lisse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7. Ajouter la sauce soja et m\u00e9langer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8. Retirer du feu et incorporer le jus de\ncitron vert. Mettre de c\u00f4t\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>9. Une fois le porc cuit, s\u00e9parer les morceaux avec l&#8217;aide de deux fourchettes et remettez-le dans la sauce pour bien enrober la viande.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>10. Pour servir, prendre une feuille de laitue, placer une partie du porc au milieu, ajouter le chou et les carottes r\u00e2p\u00e9s, un peu de sauce satay et garnir des oignons verts, de la coriandre et quelques cacahu\u00e8tes!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>11.
