{"id":13743,"date":"2020-03-26T16:32:51","date_gmt":"2020-03-26T15:32:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ahungryblonde.com\/healthy-chocolate-brownies-2\/"},"modified":"2020-03-26T16:32:51","modified_gmt":"2020-03-26T15:32:51","slug":"healthy-chocolate-brownies-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ahungryblonde.com\/fr\/healthy-chocolate-brownies-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Brownies au chocolat"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ahungryblonde.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/IMG_1122-1-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-13736\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour 10 brownies<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1 patate douce de taille moyenne &#8211; r\u00e2p\u00e9e-la<\/li><li> 2 \u0153ufs <\/li><li> 50 g d&#8217;huile de noix de coco fondue &#8211; vous pouvez utiliser du beurre si vous n&#8217;aimez pas le go\u00fbt de l&#8217;huile de noix de coco<\/li><li> 50g de miel (ou autant que vous souhaitez)<\/li><li> 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 caf\u00e9 d&#8217;extrait de vanille<\/li><li> 30g de cacao brut en poudre, tamis\u00e9<\/li><li> 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de levure <\/li><li> 2\u00bd cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de farine de noix de coco<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p> &nbsp; M\u00e9thode:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 180 \u00b0 C (365 \u00b0 F), assurez-vous que le four est assez chaud avant de mettre les brownies.<\/li><li> M\u00e9langer la patate douce r\u00e2p\u00e9e, les \u0153ufs, la vanille, le miel et d&#8217;huile de noix de coco dans un grand bol  jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;ils soient bien incorpor\u00e9s. <\/li><li>Ajoutez ensuite la poudre de cacao, la levure et m\u00e9langer de nouveau. <\/li><li>Enfin, ajoutez la farine de noix de coco. \u00c9vitez d&#8217;ajouter trop de farine de noix de coco car elle absorbera tout le liquide ce qui va donner des brownies sec.<\/li><li>Vous pouvez ajouter des p\u00e9pites de chocolat noir, f\u00e8ves de cacao, des  noix \u00e0 ce stade et m\u00e9langer le tout.<\/li><li> Verser le m\u00e9lange dans un moule.<\/li><li> Cuire 20-25 minutes.
