I really love the creamy and smooth textured of this roasted cauliflower soup and I hope that you do too!<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ahungryblonde.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/10769293280_IMG_6387-1-3.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-12272\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1 Cauliflower head (cut up into florets)<\/li><li>1 litres of vegetable stock<\/li><li>2 tbsp of olive oil<\/li><li>2 sprigs of rosemary<\/li><li>2 garlic cloves<\/li><li>Salt &amp; Pepper<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ahungryblonde.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/10769623552_IMG_6357-3.jpg\" alt=\"cauliflower soup\" class=\"wp-image-12268\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The recipe<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.<\/li><li>Place all the  cauliflower florets in a baking tray along with a pinch of salt, the garlic and the olive oil.<\/li><li>Mix it all up so that the cauliflower is nicely coated in the oil and place in the oven for 30-40 mins.<\/li><li>Remove the cauliflower from the oven once the pieces are soft and a little brown around the edges.<\/li><li>Take the vegetable stock and cauliflower florets and place them in a blender.<\/li><li>Blitz until you achieve a smooth consistency and then pour the soup into a saucepan, season and heat up just before you want to eat it!<\/li><li>Sprinkle with a little smokey paprika if you wish.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bon App\u00e9tit !<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ahungryblonde.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/10768984960_IMG_6366-3.jpg\" alt=\"cauliflower soup\" class=\"wp-image-12264\"\/><\/figure>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Do you love cauliflower too?
