J\u2019ai r\u00e9cemment d\u00e9couvert le Poke Bowl au saumon et j&#8217;ai ador\u00e9 le savourer. J\u2019en ai fait l\u2019exp\u00e9rience pour la premi\u00e8re fois au Ona Pok\u00e9 de Zurich et je me suis dit\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0OK, il faut que j\u2019essaie \u00e7a chez moi\u00a0!\u00a0\u00bb Ce que j\u2019adore dans ce plat, c\u2019est sa diversit\u00e9\u00a0: vous pouvez utiliser du saumon, du thon, du tofu, des crevettes, la base peut \u00eatre compos\u00e9e de riz basmati, de riz \u00e0 sushi, ou de riz noir, et le choix de garniture est infini\u00a0! Edamame, mangue, ananas, radis, concombre, oignon, avocat\u2026 <br><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ahungryblonde.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/7909971608976956323_IMG_7857.jpg\" alt=\"The Healthiest Salmon Pok\u00e9 Bowl\" class=\"wp-image-11818\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Recette du Poke Bowl au saumon\u00a0: <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pour 2 personnes  <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingr\u00e9dients\u00a0: <\/h5>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pour le saumon\u00a0:    <\/h6>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>220g de saumon coup\u00e9 en d\u00e9s de taille \u00e9gale \u2013 (J\u2019ai utilis\u00e9 le Froyas Supreme Salmon de la Coop)    <\/li><li>1 cs de sauce soja pauvre en sodium     <\/li><li>1 cs de vinaigre de riz     <\/li><li> 1 cs de jus de limette  <\/li><li>1 cc d\u2019huile de s\u00e9same      <\/li><li>1 \u00bc cc de flocons de piment rouge (facultatif, si vous aimez les plats relev\u00e9s) <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pour la base\u00a0:   <\/h6>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>200g de riz noir cru (bien rinc\u00e9)   <\/li><li>350ml d\u2019eau <\/li><li><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les garnitures\u00a0:  <\/h6>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>\u00bd mangue coup\u00e9e en d\u00e9s <\/li><li>200g d\u2019edamame cuits    <\/li><li>1 avocat coup\u00e9 en fines tranches    <\/li><li>1 carotte coup\u00e9e en rubans \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un \u00e9plucheur     <\/li><li>Une rondelle de limette pour d\u00e9corer    <\/li><li>Quelques graines de s\u00e9same \u00e0 saupoudrer   <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>1.  Placez dans un bol tous les ingr\u00e9dients n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration du saumon.     <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.  Couvrez le bol et r\u00e9servez au frigo pendant 2 heures au minimum.    <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3.  Si vous poss\u00e9dez un cuiseur \u00e0 riz, utilisez-le pour la cuisson de votre riz noir. Dans le cas contraire, suivez les instructions de cuisson sur l\u2019emballage.    <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4.  Une fois le riz cuit, prenez un bol et placez le riz au fond de celui-ci comme base.    <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5.  D\u2019un c\u00f4t\u00e9 du bol, placez les d\u00e9s de saumon, puis versez l&#8217;exc\u00e9dent de marinade sur le riz.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6.  Ajouter les garnitures sur le riz, en d\u00e9corant selon votre envie.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> 7.
