J&#8217;adore cette version avec des poires r\u00f4ties, car la texture douce et sucr\u00e9e de la poire en contraste avec la garniture croquante des fruits secs et des noix Mani apporte un parfait \u00e9quilibre au plat. N&#8217;h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 ajouter vos propres garnitures ou \u00e0 essayer diff\u00e9rents fruits. Je parie que d&#8217;ajouter de la pomme ou un de la banane, seraient aussi deux alternatives d\u00e9licieuses!<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour: 1 Personne<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">INGR\u00c9DIENTS:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1 Poire m\u00fbre<\/li><li>50g d&#8217;avoine<\/li><li>200 ml lait<\/li><li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de cannelle<\/li><li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de sirop d&#8217;\u00e9rable<\/li><li>1 poign\u00e9e de framboises congel\u00e9es (facultatif)<\/li><li> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mani-eu.com\" class=\"broken_link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u00bd paquet de fruits sec &amp; noix Mani<\/a><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">M\u00c9THODE:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 180 \u00b0 C.<\/li><li>Prenez la moiti\u00e9 de votre poire et placez-la sur une plaque \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie.
