J&#8217;aime vraiment l&#8217;harmonie d&#8217;\u00e9pices qu&#8217;on sent dans ces petits biscuits. Cette recette est g\u00e9niale car elle n&#8217;est pas trop sucr\u00e9e, et les biscuits sont d\u00e9licieux et croustillants : ils son tparfaits l&#8217;apr\u00e8s-midi avec une tasse de th\u00e9 ou de caf\u00e9.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ahungryblonde.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/IMG_5946-4.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-11569\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour environ 12 grands biscuits ou 30 petits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingr\u00e9dients:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>350g de farine m\u00e9nag\u00e8re<\/li><li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de poudre \u00e0 lever<\/li><li>1\/2 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de bicarbonate de soude<\/li><li>1 pinc\u00e9e de sel<\/li><li>2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de gingembre moulu<\/li><li>3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de cannelle moulue<\/li><li>40g de beurre doux<\/li><li>60g de sucre Muscovado (sucre de canne non raffin\u00e9)<\/li><li>2 \u0153ufs moyens<\/li><li>50g de m\u00e9lasse<\/li><li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 d&#8217;extrait de vanille<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour le gla\u00e7age :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>200g de sucre glace<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1 ou 2 cuill\u00e8re(s) \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de lait<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 d&#8217;extrait de vanille<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery columns-1 is-cropped wp-block-gallery-2 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\"><ul class=\"blocks-gallery-grid\"><li class=\"blocks-gallery-item\"><figure><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" src=\"https:\/\/ahungryblonde.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/IMG_5929-2-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" data-id=\"11560\" data-link=\"https:\/\/ahungryblonde.com\/?attachment_id=11560&amp;lang=fr\" class=\"wp-image-11560\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ahungryblonde.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/IMG_5929-2-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/ahungryblonde.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/IMG_5929-2-scaled-600x400.jpg 600w, https:\/\/ahungryblonde.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/IMG_5929-2-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/ahungryblonde.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/IMG_5929-2-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/ahungryblonde.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/IMG_5929-2-1536x1024.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/ahungryblonde.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/IMG_5929-2-2048x1365.jpg 2048w, https:\/\/ahungryblonde.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/IMG_5929-2-770x513.jpg 770w, https:\/\/ahungryblonde.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/IMG_5929-2-370x247.jpg 370w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure><\/li><\/ul><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Dans un petit saladier, m\u00e9langez la farine, la poudre \u00e0 lever, le bicarbonatede soude, le sel, le gingembre et la cannelle.<\/li><li>Battez au mixeur le beurre, le sucre et les deux \u0153ufs, jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 obtention d&#8217;unep\u00e2te homog\u00e8ne.<\/li><li>Ajoutez la m\u00e9lasse et l&#8217;extrait de vanille, puis mixer \u00e0 nouveau.<\/li><li>Ajoutez petit \u00e0 petit la farine et le reste des ingr\u00e9dients, jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que letout forme une p\u00e2te bien homog\u00e8ne.<\/li><li>Prenez du film alimentaire et mettez une touche d&#8217;huile afin que la p\u00e2te necolle pas.<\/li><li>Enveloppez la p\u00e2te dans le film alimentaire et laissez reposes au frigo toutune nuit (dans l&#8217;id\u00e9al, mais quelques heures suffiront).<\/li><li>Le lendemain, retirez la p\u00e2te du frigo et pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 180\u00b0C.<\/li><li>Pr\u00e9parez une plaque de cuisson en la couvrant de papier sulfuris\u00e9.<\/li><li>D\u00e9posez la p\u00e2te sur une surface l\u00e9g\u00e8rement saupoudr\u00e9e de farine, et \u00e9talez-laau rouleau \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;elle mesure 1cm d&#8217;\u00e9paisseur.<\/li><li>D\u00e9coupez les biscuits avec les emporte-pi\u00e8ces de votre choix !<\/li><li>Placez les biscuits sur la plaque de cuisson, en laissant quelques centim\u00e8tresd&#8217;espace entre chaque biscuit.<\/li><li>Enfournez pour 5 \u00e0 7 minutes.<\/li><li>Sortez la plaque du four et laissez les biscuits refroidir jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;ilssoient fermes.<\/li><li>Une fois les biscuits refroidis, vous pouvez les d\u00e9corer comme vous lesouhaitez.<\/li><li>M\u00e9langez le sucre glace, le lait et l&#8217;extrait de vanille, versez le tout dansune poche \u00e0 douille et d\u00e9corez selon votre envie.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ahungryblonde.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/IMG_5937-2.jpg\" alt=\"Gingerbread Biscuits\" class=\"wp-image-11565\"\/><\/figure>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00c0 No\u00ebl, ce que je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re, c&#8217;est pr\u00e9parer pleins de biscuits.
